Promoting German Language & Culture in West Michigan

The German Language School of West Michigan is a parent initiative promoting the German language and culture in the Grand Rapids area. The school offers children the opportunity to learn the German language in a formal classroom setting and provides a network for families to expand their knowledge of German culture and engage in cross-cultural exchanges.

The German Language School of West Michigan is a member of the German Language School Conference, an organization committed to promoting the German language and culture.

The following classes are offered:

- Beginner German
                    for students not fluent in spoken German (Ages 4 - 10)
- Intermediate German
                    for students fluent in spoken German (Ages 5 - 12)
- Advanced German
                    for students fluent in German (Ages 12 - 17)

Join us on Saturday afternoons at Calvin College for a great opportunity to make new friends, and learn more about the German culture and language.
